2018年10月28日晚，2018中国灯都（古镇）国际灯光文化节圆满落幕。为期7天的古镇灯光节是古镇吸引全球目光的大事件之一，世界各地的人都慕名而来，美轮美奂的灯光节项目更是刷爆了朋友圈！
本届古镇灯光节围绕“光享世界”的思想主题，以人民广场的“璀璨之光”和生态公园的“北湖之光”为主角，配合新增的滨河湿地公园等地带的80多个灯光小品和灯光装置，让人们置身如梦如幻的光影仙境，感受古镇特色的灯光艺术罗曼史。
梦幻罗马
“梦幻罗马”位于人民广场两侧的罗马柱，中间的欧式拱门采用意大利光雕的表现手法，流光溢彩的欧式拱门和罗马柱渲染出恢弘的气势，富于变化的灯光震撼难忘，让人忍不住驻足留影。
璀璨之光这颗璀璨的水晶球镶嵌于人民广场的中心花坛，在夜空中熠熠生辉。装置内部的星空图谱带来一种科幻的目眩感，“仰望星空”不是一句空话。“璀璨之光”安置于古镇的核心区域别出心裁，正如其名，它象征着灯都古镇的美好愿景
北湖之光北湖之光灯光秀的元素将岭南的粤剧，龙舟赛及古镇的六坊云龙等文化元素与灯光、激光、投影、喷火等设备有机结合，融入当地的环境，编导了一场文化内涵精彩绝伦的灯光秀
On the evening of October 28, 2018, the 2018 China Lighting Capital (Ancient Town) International Lighting Culture Festival came to a successful conclusion. This 7-day lighting festival in Ancient Town was one of the major events that attracted global attention, drawing people from all over the world who came specially for it. The stunning lighting festival projects even went viral on social media platforms!
Centered around the core theme of "Light for the World", this year's lighting festival featured "Brilliant Light" at the People's Square and "North Lake Light" at the Ecological Park as the highlights. Complemented by over 80 lighting installations and small-scale light artworks in newly added areas such as the Riverside Wetland Park, it immersed people in a dreamlike world of light and shadow, allowing them to experience the unique romantic charm of lighting art in Ancient Town.
"Dreamy Rome" was located at the Roman columns on both sides of the People's Square. The European-style archway in the middle adopted Italian light carving techniques. The glittering European-style archway and Roman columns created a magnificent atmosphere, and the ever-changing lights left an unforgettable and stunning impression, making people unable to resist stopping to take photos.
This dazzling crystal ball was embedded in the central flower bed of the People's Square, shining brightly in the night sky. The star map inside the installation brought a sense of sci-fi dizziness, making the phrase "look up at the stars" more than just a saying. The placement of "Brilliant Light" in the core area of Ancient Town was an ingenious choice—just as its name suggests, it symbolized the beautiful vision of Ancient Town, the "Lighting Capital".
The "North Lake Light" light show organically integrated Lingnan cultural elements such as Cantonese opera, dragon boat races, and the Liufang Yunlong (a traditional dragon dance of Ancient Town) with equipment including lighting, lasers, projections, and fire effects. By blending these elements into the local environment, a spectacular light show with rich cultural connotations was choreographed.
